What is cooking on fire?

Cooking on fire is a traditional cooking method that uses an open flame, wood or charcoal to cook food. This technique has been used for centuries and is still popular today due to its ability to impart a unique smoky flavor to food that cannot be achieved through other cooking methods.  

There are variety of options for customers to choose from with different types of meats, marinades and seasoning to make the experience even more personalized and enjoyable that are sure to impress. Please see sample menu below:

I truly love cooking on fire as I am passionate about creating unique, flavorful authentic dishes using my specialty marinates, adding particular herbs & spices, and using secret recipes that have been passed from generation to generation. 

 There are many wonderful reasons why to cook on Fire:

  • The flames and glowing embers create a beautiful, mesmerizing display that will captivate guests and/or customers and make them feel like they are part of something special.
