On Saturday, August 8th from 4–8PM, I’ll be at Roe Jan SummerFest in Hillsdale, NY with Authentic Eats by Oleg, serving handmade Eastern European comfort food and sweets as part of an evening celebrating local food, drinks, music, and community.
